Introducing Chefs of the House - a celebration of four of Australia’s most established and prominent chefs who helm the kitchens at the Opera House. Our very own Matt Moran, along with chefs Danielle Alvarez, Peter Gilmore and Mark Olive will each host a series of dinners in one of the Opera House’s most exclusive, hidden spaces.


During this intimate shared-table experience, you’ll be personally guided through the chef’s distinct food philosophy and menu while visual projections and live performances complement each chef’s unique theme.


Chef Matt Moran presents Ocean to Table, a culinary experience focusing on Australian produce and sustainability, and showcasing Aussie seafood at its best.
