Yes Way Rosé!

 

 

Last October long weekend Opera Bar transformed into rosé heaven when the Rosé All Day Festival returned for its second year. The four day festival was dedicated to everyone’s favourite pink drink in all its glorious forms, including still, sparking, spritz’ and of course frosé.

 

Tickets included three drinks: one Rosé (still or sparkling) + one Frosé + one Rosé Spritz. The celebration of pink didn’t stop at just the drinks, with the food menu featuring a selection of Australian cheeses accompanied with rosé quince paste and Sydney rock oysters served with a rosé vinaigrette.

 

We had roaming glamour girls adding a touch of glitter to everyone’s ensembles and live music will play throughout the entire weekend as guests enjoy the sweeping views of Sydney amidst the celebrations.

 

This year’s festival saw the launch of the Chandon X Seafolly latest Limited Edition bottles. Chandon’s crisp, elegant Brut and vibrant Rosé have been paired with Seafolly’s debut of the Water Garden print, as part of Seafolly’s new resort collection. Featuring summer hues, bold florals and chic paisley elements, the new bottle designs will bring fun and colour to picnics and long lunches all summer long. Guests were also able to be one of the first in Australia to taste the new Moët Ice Rosé Imperial the first and only rosé champagne especially created to be enjoyed on ice.
