This Summer our gests were able to get their vitamin sea fix whilst keeping cool with our frozen wine menu additions.
It's safe to say that frosé has captured the tastebuds of wine drinkers all around the globe including those in Sydney!
So this Summer we decided to take it to the next level and create deliciously frozen drinks with other summery wines. So we added friesling (frozen reisling) and Frosecco (frozen prosecco) to the menu.

FROSE rose, strawberry, citris
FROSECCO prosecco, lemon myrtle, orange blossom
