Warm up this winter at Opera Bar with our Harbourside Carts! Hail us down for some amazing winter warmers like Raclette, S'mores and piping hot Bacardi Spiced Rum cocktails. All made to order tableside. Who doesn’t love marshmallows and chocolate?

Catch us rolling by your table from Thursday 21 July to Sunday 28 August – 4pm to 8pm.

As always, there will be live music to keep you entertained and plenty of heaters to keep you warm.

Please note that in the event of bad weather conditions our Harbourside Carts won't be available.

Raclette

Who can say no to melted cheese? Our Raclette is grilled tableside, melted on top of crispy potatoes and garnished with bacon and fresh shallots ($18).

S'mores

Those with a sweet tooth can order S'mores ($14) from the Food Cart. The marshmallow is toasted in front of your eyes at the table, drizzled with chocolate sauce from a height and, with a little help from you, sandwiched between two biscuits for the ultimate finisher.

Warm Bacardi Spiced Rum Cocktails

From the Drinks Cart, try the Mulled Dark & Stormy (Bacardi Spiced, ginger, agave, citrus - $13) or Hot Buttered Rum (Bacardi Spiced, salted butter, demerara, nutmeg, anise - $24). If you want a showstopper of a cocktail, opt for the Blazer (Bacardi Reserva Ocho, Bacardi Spiced, pedro ximénez, popcorn, fruit oils - $24) - all made and served tableside by our Bar Staff.
