Our talented executive chef, Fernando Sanchez, has created the perfect spring menu featuring burrata with zucchini flowers, squash and house made bread. Inspired from his many visits of Matt Moran's farm and highlighting the zucchini, this dish is to be enjoyed in the sunshine, looking at the glistening harbour and paired with one of our signature Opera Bar cocktails.
